Your new role at a glance
You’ll help create a scalable commercial operating model across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
You’ll work with tools, systems, AI workflows, and automation that directly shape how our commercial teams execute.
This is not a passive admin role. You’ll design, implement, and improve practical ways of working that help the team move faster and deliver higher-quality results.
You’ll improve nurture, qualification, outbound, pipeline hygiene, upsell signals, and commercial playbooks.
Work from anywhere in Finland, and join team workshops in Helsinki or Turku when needed.
You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and leadership in a company where ownership matters more than titles.

What your work will look like
This is a highly operational GTM role where your main mission is to improve how Zefort’s commercial organization works across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
You’ll own and improve systems, workflows, automation, and execution quality. You’ll help us use AI and modern tooling in practical ways that reduce manual work, improve visibility, and make our GTM teams more effective.
Own and improve Zefort’s commercial systems and GTM tooling, ensuring our systems support scalable execution across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
Evaluate and implement new GTM tools, AI tools, and automation opportunities.
Build AI and agent-powered workflows across the commercial funnel, automate repetitive operational work, and reduce manual friction.
Improve marketing nurture and lead progression workflows, as well as outbound conversion, account selection, and prospecting workflows.
Improve pipeline hygiene, visibility, and forecasting.
Operationalize and maintain the commercial playbook, and improve qualification, handover, and upsell workflows.
Use customer signals and usage data to help identify expansion opportunities.
Drive cross-functional GTM projects from idea to implementation, and bring structure, clarity, and repeatability to how our GTM organization operates.

Founded in 2017, we’ve built a contract management platform for organizations managing complex agreements, governance requirements, and documentation at scale. Zefort helps customers manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from signing and secure storage to long-term governance and audit readiness.
Our customer base ranges from growing technology companies to large international enterprises, especially in industries where compliance, operational oversight, and secure documentation matter. This includes sectors such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and IT services.

What we’re looking for
Must-haves
Experience in RevOps, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Operations, Commercial Systems, or a hybrid commercial and technical role
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS commercial processes across sales and marketing
Hands-on experience with CRM, GTM tools, automation, or commercial systems
Interest in AI, automation, and modern GTM tooling
Ability to turn business needs into scalable workflows and practical systems
Strong ownership mentality – you don’t just identify problems, you build solutions
Commercial understanding and execution focus
Clear communication skills and ability to work across teams
Extra points for
HubSpot experience
AI workflow or agent experience
SaaS or B2B background
GTM automation experience
Experience working across sales, marketing, and customer success
Understanding of outbound and modern prospecting workflows
Experience improving pipeline visibility, forecasting, or commercial reporting
Experience with customer signals, usage data, or upsell workflows
What we are not looking for
This is not the right role if you are looking for a traditional CRM admin position.
This role is operational and hands-on. You will build workflows, improve systems, and continuously optimize how our GTM organization operates.
